• My therapist Izzie was really good One suggestion for improvement in general, after all the years I have been with Bali is, to start the sessions on time. If for example I have an appointment at 11am, if the therapist comes to get me at 11.05 from the sitting area, by the time I am upstairs and ready, it is 11.15-11.20am so it is 15-20 minutes less service so could you please make sure that the session itself starts at the right time and not late. Also, a selling point of Bali for me was different scents you used to use in different rooms like lavendar, etc. But you no longer have this in your theraphy rooms. Thanks Thanks
