• I feel like my last complaints have been listened to. I got an amazing massage on a fluffy towel not on a body bag piece of cotton. I specifically asked for this so I hope you have desisted with the cheap cotton for the rest of the clients. It makes a massive difference to walk into the little room and not feel like you (as the white cotton things are) are not disposable. I know it’s littlw but it’s a deal breaker. I pay £800 a year to feel lovely - not disposable :-)
