• I mentioned to reception lady before I left that I noticed when I call Bali, the phone line quality is always terrible. When Bali calls me, the quality isn't so bad. I've visited the spa a number of times and seen reception struggle with quality of calls. Staff seem to accept it, rather than address or try to solve the issue. *Poor line quality really puts me off calling you.* Please look into this.
