I love the variety of the classes and the expertise of the instructors. The students are very friendly and we all have different strengths. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. I feel like a new person since beginning classes almost a year ago. I feel challenged and competent and more important, I'm starting to realize that some of my limitations are more in my head than my body. Ha! The instructors helped me see that!
