I really enjoyed that the instructor was down to earth and humble, many times I've been to studios where everyone is very pretentious. I really loved that she was cracking jokes and making the class comfortable for everyone there. Will definitely be back

This is my third time coming to the yoga studio and I have had really positive experiences each visit. I recently brought my mom with me and she also really enjoyed the Restore & Flow class. The instructors are very knowledgeable, kind and patient and Sarah is also very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Balance Yoga & Wellness to anyone looking for a yoga studio!
