Because Alex is awesome! I’ve had hundreds of massages over the years (worked in salons since the early 1990’s) so I know a good/bad massage. She is by far the best therapist I’ve ever experienced. Even better than the Thai therapist in Spain! Love her to death.

Balance yoga is such a peaceful, uplifting place! The teachers and staff are welcoming and friendly. I especially love the messages at the end of each class. I've had a tough year because I lost my husband last March and coming to balance has helped me find quiet and a time to reflect on our wonderful years together.
