Because it's a true teaching studio. The teachers constantly cue, allowing the students to make adjustments while flowing through the poses. Before joining Balance, I suffered from many injuries from doing poses incorrectly. My practice means the world to me and I'm not sure that would be the case if I didn't find this studio.

Heidi is an excellent teacher particularly for beginners. Her queuing is very specific and she teaches new skills to prepare students for the next level. She is calming and supportive and provides the right degree of challenge.
