Balance yoga is such a peaceful, uplifting place! The teachers and staff are welcoming and friendly. I especially love the messages at the end of each class. I've had a tough year because I lost my husband last March and coming to balance has helped me find quiet and a time to reflect on our wonderful years together.

Balance Yoga and Wellness offers many services . Besides a wonderful selection of classes to attend, they offer massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki, a sauna ,and structural integration. The atmosphere at Balance is welcoming and soothing.
