I've started driving to Balance because I found that aerial yoga was such a beautiful practice for me. Susan, the Instructor has such a beautiful way of teaching. It hooked me from day 1 and I've enjoyed every moment in that student. Susan was the only one I trusted to guide me while I was pregnant. I did aerial up until 38 weeks and it helped me so much! She's the best at what she does. Not only does she know anatomy of the body, she instructs in a way that allows you to explore and find what works for you. I highly recommend her classes!!! The Balance community is a beautiful one.
