From the moment I walked in, I felt serenity and kindness, and joy in this space. The woman at the counter was welcoming & helpful. I've taken two classes so far, and it is is clear that the instructors are both well-trained & experienced, and just as importantly, they have an innate passion for what they do! I also, unknowingly at the time, chatted with the owner, and she was open-hearted and thoughtful, and clearly, quite mighty! What a joy!

Beautiful clean studio, Nice teachers, love the meditation 6 pm Sun class. Would be nice to have an evening yochi or yoga lates class! Need a Sun am non heated class!!
