Great class with Ramah with all sorts of different moves to help keep you in your body and out of your head.

Tranquil atmosphere, lovely environment, staff was friendly and I did not feel awkward or embarrassed or out of place. I felt accepted and ok to be there. Instructor had a great sequence, nice prompts and gentle spirit.
