Balance is one of the finest yoga studios in NEPA. Besides being very clean & beautiful (lighting, decor), the staff is welcoming & helpful. I am grateful Balance was courageous enough to reopen. The physical group experience (for me, yin classes) is ESSENTIAL to nourish my body & spirit. Each yin teacher I experience- Priya, Jeff, Tom Aggie- is 1st rate, excellent.
