I did the restore session with reiki and tea , loved Jill her cues were very effective and enlightening and enjoyed Kelly's touch throughout, the pose and breath work truly felt restoring

There is a sense of genuine community that is rarely present at other yoga studios. The instructors are well trained and attentive. Wonderful studio! Oh... and Christina is a pleasure. Sat Nam, Namaste.
