Susan's Aerial class is my favorite. I always feel so brave and and adventurous and strong when class is over. I see how much stronger I get each week that I go. And Susan is an incredible instructor she's thorough in her explanations and demonstrations and will guide you to where you feel most comfortable in the poses.
