Susan's Aerial class is my favorite. I always feel so brave and and adventurous and strong when class is over. I see how much stronger I get each week that I go. And Susan is an incredible instructor she's thorough in her explanations and demonstrations and will guide you to where you feel most comfortable in the poses.

Kelly was great! The class was challenging in the best way. The stretches and poses were new and different than what I'm used to which was a nice change of pace. Her timing was on point and she knew when to let us rest and when to push us.
