I love everything about the studio experience at Balance. The studio and surrounding rooms have a very luxurious and artistic vibe. It puts you in the right frame of mind to be able to put everything aside and really get into a good yoga mind space. The instructors that I have worked with are excellent! Kind, funny, knowledgeable and compassionate. You never feel intimidated, only encouraged.
