It was my second time getting a massage at Balance but with a different therapist. I was equally impressed with how well Kelsey clearly understands the body. her technique and pressure were perfect for the knots she expertly found in my neck and shoulders. She made me comfortable while achieving what you'd expect from a deep tissue massage - I assume she was slightly gentle because it was our first time working together but in the future (because I will go again) I know I could trust her to go deeper.
