This was my first visit to balance yoga I found the studio to be very clean and inviting also the instructor Susan was wonderful this was my first aerial yoga class and I'm so glad that I had the opportunity to have Susan as my instructor I am definitely looking forward to coming again

IET - Eva spent a lot of time working on me and explaining what was going on with my body, etc. in depth. Very patient, not rushed. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
