It's a great place with wonderful instructors who care. Fun place to meet people as well. Lots of different events take place as well. Balance is always willing to help out with the community as well.

I have so many benefits from the yin classes with Cindy. I often do her poses as a warm up for all my other classes. Balance yoga offers so many choices in levels and kinds of classes, so I really appreciate having so many options.

Beautiful studio, welcoming atmosphere, excellent teachers, tons of options, love that they ask if you want hands on adjustment and they really pay attention to your form and help make corrections.
