Balance has become my absolute calm haven. I love the mellow flow and aerial classes with Susan. I look forward to going there as much as possible. Everyone has become like a family to me. The environment is so calming and all of the staff are so professional and show a genuine passion for their craft.

I love Balance! I did purchase a virtual visit recently though and it was very hard to hear and follow along with what others were doing. I probably won’t do that again, but I’ll certainly be there in person!
