The studio was clean. The staff AND instructor were very welcoming, offered a tour as it was my first time at the studio. The class was incredible, the instructor cues very clearly and instructs in a way that easily understood what adjustments should be made. Yoga studios are intimidating, this one was the opposite of that.

Balance is truly my happy place! I love everything about Aerial yoga. It's grounding, a wonderful challenge, and fun. Any class with Susan is completely worth taking!
