Instructors are really awesome. They explain what they are doing very well, especially when you are new. And help you with getting the poses right without making you feel self conscious. Beautiful space. And, I love the booking app.

Carson was wonderful with my 15 year old son and his friend. As athletes they need this and this was the first yoga establishment that we could find that would allow them to come because we were told "they would make others feel uncomfortable" because of their ages. They were nervous and she made the process to where they went in feeling a little more relaxed. Afterwards we heard about how hard it was and they enjoyed it.

The instructors were very well prepareed, they seemed to enjoy teaching the class as much or more than we enjoyed taking the class. They are fun, and a real workout at the same time, including chair yoga. Water yoga is amazing!!
