I love this place!! It’s an awesome place to get a good workout and meet some wonderful people. The atmosphere is so relaxing. You will feel so refreshed after any of the amazing classes they offer!

I have been a member of Balance Yoga+Barre for 1years. I joined because I was looking for a Barre workout and this is the first one in this area that I am aware of. Over the past 18 months, there have been several different Barre instructors. They have all been very talented, qualified and impressive. The Barre workout is very challenging and enjoyable. The entire staff at Balance is very helpful and supportive. Their retail selection is excellent and their wide range of classes offered combined with special events and workshops is well worth the monthly dues. I don't believe there is anything comparable to Balance Yoga+Barre in Wichita Falls.
