Always feel 1000x better after a class. Every instructor is so welcoming and I never feel like I'm being judged. Such a safe space in a world that doesn't feel so safe right now.

When I did I quick google search of studios in the area this one looked like the best one for me. I read the teacher's bio before going to class and Irene was amazing. As soon as I walked in it felt like home away from home. The people are great, the owner is great, the teachers are great, and the studio is peaceful and beautiful. I'm so grateful to have a studio to come to and feel safe in while I'm traveling. I would definitely recommend Balance Yoga & Barre to anyone living in or passing through Wichita Falls, TX! The name speaks for itself! I definitely leave the studio feeling a little more balance every time!
