It’s always a great workout and the staff are super friendly and try to get to know everyone who comes to class. I always look forward to the classes and try to get to as many as my schedule allows.

For this last class, we had an amazing instructor who created a welcoming environment for both beginners and those who were more advanced. She genuinely cared about our practice and was encouraging us to do what was right for our own bodies. I really appreciate the way she conducted her class!
