I was not as motivated (as I usually am) when I attend class; but the Irene's yoga flow still made the class enjoyable and rewarding. I left class feeling glad that I attended and a lot more motivated than when I first walked in the door.

Carson greeted me at the front desk by name and made sure that she knew about my level and any injuries. She lead the class with a fluidity that only comes with experience. She gave appropriate accommodations throughout the practice to ensure that everyone was moving with their own levels.
