Julia is fantastic! She will challenge you with gentle guidance that makes you feel like a pro! She pushed me past what I thought was my limit for the day and I couldn't even be mad about it because she is so nice about it! This class pushes me but I keep coming back. I love this studio and each instructor has their own unique style to bring out the best in each student.
