From the time you walk on, you are greeted with warm hospitality, then on the mat guided to be the best yogi you can be. Keeping the direction of the class to guide new yogis to very experienced, all the modifications and encouragement is given from each instructor I've had. Excited to be apart of Balance Wichita Falls family.
