My sister and I dropped in for a class. Chris was very patient and helpful getting us signed in. There was lots of room to spread out, they had plenty of great props, and the space was clean. Chris was friendly and helpful throughout the restorative class. Also loved their crystals and jewelry in the boutique area.

This was a spur of the moment visit to the new studio. I had my uncle in town from SF who owns his own yoga studio. The setup to this place was adorable and the owner was extremely courteous and sweet to our arrival. The front of the studio has everything you need to get started as well as to add to your existing collection. I'm excited to join the classes while I'm in town while visiting family. They have great options for classes at varied times that will fit anyone's busy schedule. Refreshments are offered as well for additional purchase. First class is free with yoga mats. So there's no reason why not to try this fun exciting studio. I wish them the best and am looking forward to future visits!

I attended their "sound bath" session and had an awesome time. The instructor, Adam, was very knowledgeable and professional but also had a great sense of humour. I recommend this studio for beginners, like me.

The restorative class today was phenomenal! I was left with a feeling of calm and feel restored and centered. You have to try this class for yourself to understand. There are really no words to explain the feeling when you are in the midst of this class and when you are done....sigh......completely relaxed and unwound.
