I love BYB. The instructors, the location, the classes (are hard!), the other patrons are great. It's a community and it's become a big part of my daily life over the years. My only complaint is the parking. The lot size can't be helped. The valet seems pointless if they are going to park in the very front spaces. It seems to me they should be parking farther away (behind Lulu, or down the block where it's dark and low lighting) unless someone is handicap, or impaired somehow..why would anyone need to use valet to park their car right up front. It seems pointless. Aside from this, I love BYB!

I have reaped the benefits of staying fit and healthy from the diverse workouts, excellent instructors, and varied classes. BYB is a great workout facility for strengthening positivity towards improving both my body and mind!♥️💪
