• Instructor v knowledgable....she knew her stuff! Lovely view from studio. Friendly place. BUT.......maybe you need a sign outside the main entrance on the road that not only shows your green man icon but says 'The Countryside Gym is up this driveway" or similar because it is not obvious! Yes there is a sign that says " you've just missed us" but to those that do not know Timsbury, it is not obvious where you are. The stone pillars look like someone's house, with their own drive!

• It's the most amazing gym, every instructor is so professional, helpful and kind I have never been to a gym like this before, it's truly a wonderful experience working out here I try to excercise 3 times a week I love yoga & dance and it's all on offer in the beautiful new studio that has the most amazing views and ambiance I feel so lucky to have balance and all the team in my keep fit life I feel truly blessed to be a member here
