-Instructors are motivating and welcoming especially if you're new - small class size - non intimidating environment - following safety protocols with covid - clean facility with sanitation supplies readily available for members to use - loved the combination class of cardio and yoga - close to home - affordable prices - love that they also offer other fun activities besides fitness that get you involved in the community or to just have fun.

Instructor was helpful in preventing me from injuries by explaining how to pedal properly. She always pushes me to hang in there and get it done! Facility isclean and has standards to help the spread of Covid.
