• I received a facial, my husband and I had a couple's massage and I received a mani/pedi..Everyone was very professional and nice..The atmosphere was perfect..all that we expected and more..I also received great tips on how to take care of my face from Kim..my husband is still raving about his massage...I can't say enough good things about this spa...A True Gem...Balance Spa is definitely the spa I will go to when visiting the city....

• I have visited Balance spa for over a year when I travel to NOLA. They are very professional. The pool/sauna/ jacuzzi is beautiful. The products especially the hair conditioner which I bought was completely amazing. Beautiful, peaceful, friendly people. Best in NOLA. The massages are great. Prices are not bad for top rate service.
