• There are few people in Florida that have received instruction on how to Rolf (extraordinary deep tissue massage focused on the tendons and connective tissues). Sondra is one of a few. I have known others in another State certified to Rolf and Sondra does excellent work. I would recommend going to Sondra for any muscle strain or tightness issues you may have. Sondra will be able to help you.
