• I had never heard of Rolfing before. I've been in and out of physical therapy for years. I finally had corrective foot surgery to correct a congenital problem that had long-term impact on my gate as well as how my back and hips would perform. Now that I'm fully healed for those surgeries it's time to actually fix my spine once and for all. The Therapist actually found things that needed to be addressed. It seems that, aside from my corrective foot surgery that I actually corrected alignment with my legs up into my hips-- that Rolfing may be the missing puzzle piece to full healing.
