• Lu is amazing! She's very gifted at listening to bodies and following the energy in the body. She released the stuck energy and tight muscles preventing my body from walking correctly. She also gave me instruction and how I can maintain my body and strengthen it with some simple exercises . Are privileged if you get to have her work on your body your body will also thank you.
