Renee McCord provided a consultation for my son that has a scar on his face. The compassion, enthusiasm and knowledge that she shared was tremendous. She provided excellent costumer service and realistic solutions/options. She made an awkward teen feel comfortable and hopeful that he will soon have a solution to an imperfection that he has been self conscious of for years. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
