Location: great for Renton highland residents Schedule: updated w/instructors. (Wish there was 8am Sat class again, understand attend was prob too low) Easy check in process

• Sarah is so deliberate, compassionate and encouraging in how she directs her class. Her hatha flows are different from others which gives a nice variety to typical class.
