Really good to get out of the house and moving and Meggin is great and challenges us and 👍🏽 to have a combo class of cardio and weights. And the barn is a beautiful setting. When the sun is out I really love being able to be outside.

The exercise program is perfect for seniors. All the exercises are beneficial for balance and and strength which is of utmost importance for older people to maintain. Our instructor, Megan, always explains the benefit of each exercise which is so helpful and motivating. Also, the exercises are varied which makes the program interesting.
