All of the instructors (and classmates) are so encouraging during classes. Whether you are new to barre or yoga or a seasoned pro you can modify to get the most out of your workout at Balance. I also love Annie’s take on the name of the studio - life is about Balance so you don’t have to feel guilty for having the wine after yoga during their Wine Down Wednesday classes!
