I LOVED the feel of the studio. I dislike "template" classes that can sometimes be found in franchise gyms. Balance is the real deal, they provides modifications and enhancements to EVERY pose and movement. I had lost my motivation to take care of my body & challenge my body. I went to ONE class and my fire is back!! Thank you! My only regret, I didn't try the studio sooner.
