I’ve always enjoyed the yoga-barre, yoga and barre classes at BB+F but after having a baby, it’s a true joy to be able to do the being your baby to the barre classes - a joy because I get to do an exercise class with my baby, and a joy because I get to meet other mums in the area. A lot of studios say it, but Annie and her team really have created a community in Beaufort.
