• The new (to me) doctor was very nice, knowledgeable and I have not experienced any pain since. Regarding the payment, I have the same insurance I had last time I visited and kinda felt a little put off by the fact that I had to be called to check if I were even eligible. That didn't happen years ago, only with this receptionist and several times at that. I realize some patients might require follow ups but I've been coming here for well over 10 yrs and several past receptionists and was never questioned as much as by this one. Sorry, but it made me feel like a forger or of dubious character which I'm not.

• I visit the clinic in Palm Springs. Dr. Bill is awesome. Very helpful. I also see Dr. Eric for chiropractic treatment. They really helped me feeling better with my back. As a bonus, both are handsome 🤭
