Coach was insightful: I was instructed to focus on my form over the nuances of the lesson. For me, it's important to get the form down before working on advanced techniques. Sometimes that takes me some extra time. Clearly, the coach feels the same way! I would recommend Baby Bull Boxing to any friends interested in boxing - and a solid workout, to boot!!
