Fantastic experience for class #1: Training Camp. Felt like a great, comprehensive introduction to all the possibilities in this kind of workout. Boxing is a brand new realm for me, which was so intimidating as a beginner. But after the intro class, I immediately felt excited to keep going. Can't wait for my next session!
