• I enjoyed the energy of the classes - the time flew by. As promised I was able to modify particular exercises as I needed to for my body's limitations. The coaches I had the pleasure of working with ensure clients understand what they should be doing and keep checking in for clarity. I like the feeling of fellowship in the gym.
