Classes start and end on time. A lot of classes to choose from to fit your schedule. Classes run very efficiently with great instruction. Instructors and students very friendly. The facilities very clean and spacious. Would love to have a Friday morning class to attend as well (Muay Thai). Would love a cardio/boot camp fitness style class too.
