• It was an awesome experience. The one thing that might have improved it was a slightly nicer experience of the shot itself/being welcomed in a super friendly way the moment I got in the door and perhaps even offered a drink or snack (like the dry bar). The receptionist was so nice after she got off the phone (she didn't say hello when I walked in or says could you wait a moment while I finish the call ?) and the nurse was awesome but getting the shot was basically, turn around and pull up your dress . Might be nice to have some table or something - just felt a bit odd . A company that does the whole experience really well is Kindbody. I recommend checking them out. Pricing on the website was confusing and I felt overwhelmed by all the options as a newcomer. I say all this because I run a startup and am really attentive to user experience and always find honest feedback helpful. However I gave you a 9 because overall it was truly awesome. I definitely will be back and recommend friends.
