  • I love B.You, and want others to know about it because if the empowering group of people that are the instructors but also taking the classes!! One thing that I do wish, is that there are more options for classes at 5:30/6 at night Monday-Thurs. With silk yoga being the only option on Monday night at 6, I think your previous people that attended bounce bootcamp/ Barre Fit are missing those classes. Same goes for Wednesday/ Thursdays. Missing the 6:00 barre cardio and the circuit classes that I remember being on Wednesdays/Thursdays prior to covid. I understand there is a shift right now with online (and I'm so thankful of those classes since I'm only doing it online right now!) and plus now only having one studio, however, just wishing there were more options in the evening Monday- Thurs. I just find that there haven't been many class options that I am able to take recently, which is a bummer because I'm paying to take the classes, but also because I miss it!!!! Thanks for all that you all do!!
  • I am having a hard time finding online classes that provide weightlifting like you guys do. Plus, the instructors do a great job of having people in the room and on Zoom.
  • Deb's classes are always a blast! She always has a great playlist and brings so much energy to the class. I get a great workout and definitely sweat, but I often forget I'm working out because I'm having so much fun!
