Love the variety of classes and that I can attend the ones that meet my workout needs at this point in my life. Love Aimee, Rashna, Katie and Holly! All the instructors of the classes I attend are amazing which I think it is difficult to find so many excellent instructors at one place. The facility is nice and also the amenities...rubber bands, showers, drinks, whatever you need. It is also an extremely welcoming, non-judge mental atmosphere which has not been my experience at the other work-out places I have gone to over the years. And most importantly I look forward to going....
